Every Sastha Studio painting is an original, made by hand. We take great care in packing and delivering each piece, and we stand behind it once it reaches you.

Damage in delivery

If your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the painting and its packaging. We will arrange restoration of the painting by the artist at no cost to you. If the damage cannot be restored, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Restoration

Restoration work by the artist is part of our aftercare. If your painting needs attention in future, get in touch and we will advise on restoration.

Change of mind

As each painting is a one-of-a-kind original, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind. Commissioned works are made to order and are non-refundable once work has begun.
